When you open a Mythos Project, you see the status and details of everything related to that project: the surveys collecting beneficiary stories and impact content, the stories that are ready for publishing, the final communications that are ready to be delivered to donors, and the status for your overall communications campaign.

Why Mythos Projects?

The Mythos Community is increasingly using Mythos for higher volume, broader, and more complex donor communications campaigns. This is a result of donor relations and stewardship teams doing more in Mythos but also a result of more advancement teams getting involved in Mythos and taking advantage of the platform.

With input from the community, we recognized that you need a better way to organize and manage your work in Mythos. Mythos Projects allows each team to organize their work with focused dashboards that provide both an overview of the progress of the project as well as easy access to the relevant content and communications being managed.

What You Can Do Now

Create a project for any initiative—your annual report, endowment stewardship reports, scholarship impact communications, or major gift proposals. Give it a name, set a due date, select the relevant existing surveys, stories, and campaigns (or easily create new ones right from the dashboard), and you have a command center ready to help you manage every aspect of your project.

Real-time counters show you exactly how many surveys, responses, stories, sites, and campaign documents live in this project. You know your status at a glance.

Add project tags and watch your content organize itself. Tag a project with "scholarship" and every story you've ever tagged with "scholarship" automatically appears in that project. Your stories find you.

Use the Notes section to leave instructions for teammates or track milestones. Store related files—your Excel donor list, that PDF mockup from your designer, the dean's approval memo—right inside the project. Everything that matters, in one place.

Manage all your related files—data, templates, imported documents—in the new Files tab in your Mythos project. Create folders and organize your files to keep things tidy. And no more SFTP if you need to provide the Mythos team with a file, just upload to your project.
